Retired Engine 252

 

Engine 252 is a 1987 American LaFrance Pumper. This engine is our second due engine on fire calls and alarms. 252 runs first due to Brush fires, MVA’s with Hazmat leaks and all other minor Hazmat Spills.  

 

 

 

 

   

This engine has a 500 gallon water tank and carries three five-gallon pails of foam. 252 has three 200foot cross lays above the pump panel as well as a 300 foot 1in booster line. It also carries a 2 ½ attack line that is pulled off of the rear and 1,500 feet of 5in supply line.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

252 has served this department proud through its years of service, and is being in the works of being replaced with a new engine come the end of 2006.
