Directions to the Skyline Lake Fire Department
From I-287 North:
- Travel I-287 North from your beginning destination to Exit 55 for Pompton Lakes/Wanaque – Ringwood Avenue
- Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Ringwood Avenue and travel approximately 4 miles north to Skyline Lakes Drive (near the Delta Gas Station)
- Turn right on Skyline Lakes Drive and continue to the triangle split in the roadway where you will stay to the right
- Continue straight until you come to the second “Edgewood Road” sign (near the playground, not the beach) and turn right.
- You have arrived at the Skyline Lake Fire Department!
From I-287 South:
- Travel I-287 South from your beginning destination to Exit 55 for Pompton Lakes/Wanaque – Union Avenue
- Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Union Avenue (near the Stop & Shop) and merge into the left lane

NOTE: EXIT 57 CAN BE USED AS AN ALTERNATIVE EXIT FROM I-287, IF DESIRED. FROM EXIT 57, TRAVEL SKYLINE DRIVE NORTH TOWARDS RINGWOOD. TRAVEL APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES TO CONKLINTOWN ROAD AND TURN LEFT OFF OF SKYLINE DRIVE. CONTINUE ON CONKLINTOWN ROAD APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES TO CANTERBURY ROAD AND TURN RIGHT. AT THE END OF CANTERBURY ROAD, TURN LEFT ONTO SKYLINE LAKES DRIVE. SHORTLY AFTER, TURN LEFT ONTO EDGEWOOD ROAD (NEAR THE PARK) AND YOU HAVE ARRIVED AT THE SKYLINE LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT!
